Who Are We and Why Are We Different?
We are a 501(c)(3) rescue, serving an area with some of the highest kill shelters in Southern California.
While we are a newly started rescue, we are not new to the rescue world. After working 10 years alongside dog rescues in our area and independently assisting in countless successful adoptions, our founder Darly Alison, continues to see the devastation that is the homeless animal population in our area and the large number of dogs euthanized everyday because of it. All our local shelters and rescues are at capacity, while our area's adoption rates are low.
What makes us different? Our founder is a retired LAPD officer with a love of dogs and cars. Connected to his restoration car company, Daryl also runs Just Driven, a non-profit that transports donated classic cars across the nation for auctions that benefit charitable organizations. Our mission is to combine the two things we are good at/love (transporting and animals) and be a change in a devastating system. Our goal is to pull adoptable dogs that have been red-listed for euthanasia, get them medically up-to-date (vaccines/spay/neuter/address medical needs) and then transport them at no cost to out of state no-kill shelter and rescue partners for them to take on the adoption process. Partnering with shelters and rescues out-of-state allows us the opportunity to help a larger amount of SoCal homeless dogs by focusing on getting those pets to high-demand communities with high adoption rates. With the help of donors, our main focus is to help change the narrative of homeless dogs in Southern California and give them a greater opportunity of finding their forever homes.

-
Foster/volunteer
One of the best ways you can help out our pets is to open up your home to give them a safe space while we look for a more permanent solution. We are always looking for volunteers to help walk the dogs, transport, training, or give much needed play time and socialization.
